Job Description

Develop and implement dashboards and integrated reports.
Execute people strategy for Group-level and support portfolio company initiatives.
Deliver annual and integrated reports for senior leadership.
Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
Support PMO activities and transformation projects.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all strategic deliverables.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 4 years of experience in strategy or consulting (Big 4 or similar preferred).
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI skills highly desirable.
Expertise in data analytics and dashboard development.
Proven stakeholder management and reporting experience at senior levels.
Exposure to PMO or people-related transformation projects.
