The Store Manager - Fashion is a pivotal role tasked with driving the overall success of a fashion retail store. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion.
  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to inspire and develop team members.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing store operations and achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on relationship building and satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups.
  • High level of attention to detail and an affinity for aesthetics and trends.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management and merchandising principles.
  • Proficient in using retail software and point of sale systems.
