  • Collaborate with regional managers to align store performance with company goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role in retail.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead a diverse team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills essential for the role.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and apply findings to improve store outcomes.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business preferred.
  • Proficiency in Retail Management Software and Microsoft Office Suite necessary.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
