Store keeper

Role Purpose

To manage material storage and issuance at Innovo Infrastructure project site stores, ensuring accurate stock records and safe, organised storage of materials and equipment.

• Stock Management
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and equipment at the site store.
  • Issue materials to site teams against approved requisitions and maintain accurate stock records.
• Inventory Control
  • Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile with ERP records.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe storage area in line with HSE requirements.
• Receiving & Inspection
  • Check incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes for quantity and condition.
  • Flag damaged or non-conforming deliveries to the Stores Supervisor and Material Engineer.
• Documentation
  • Maintain goods received notes, material requisition forms, and issue vouchers accurately.
  • Update bin cards and stock ledgers for all material movements.
• Equipment & Tool Handling
  • Issue and track small tools and equipment loaned to site teams.
  • Inspect returned tools and equipment for damage before restocking.
• Innovation & Value Creation
  • Introduce modern tools, technologies and processes that improve efficiency and transparency.
  • Encourage innovative thinking to enhance outcomes and reduce costs without compromising quality.

• Diploma or secondary education
• Minimum 3–5 years of store keeping experience in construction
