Job Description
Hiring: Store & Purchase In-Charge (Restaurant/Café Experience Required)
We are seeking a Store & Purchase In-Charge with proven experience in the restaurant, café, or F&B industry to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing activities and supplier relationships
- Oversee inventory, stock levels, and replenishment
- Handle receiving, inspection, and storage of goods
- Conduct stock counts and inventory reconciliation
- Prepare purchasing and inventory reports
- Ensure compliance with food safety and operational standards
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Purchasing and Store Management
- Restaurant, Café, or F&B experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory control, and stock management
- Experience with inventory/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- UAE experience
- ADAFSA EFST certification is an advantage
