Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Stakeholder Coordinator/Engineer (UAE National) to join our team! .

What Youll Be Doing

• Coordinate with government authorities and external stakeholders to secure required permits, NOCs, and approvals.
• Manage stakeholder communication across multiple infrastructure and development projects.
• Track submissions, approvals, and comments to ensure timely responses and project progress.
• Liaise with design teams to ensure compliance with authority requirements and standards.
• Identify risks related to stakeholder approvals and proactively propose mitigation strategies
• Maintain accurate records of all stakeholder interactions and approvals
• Support project teams during design and construction phases regarding stakeholder requirements.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and follow-ups with stakeholders and internal teams.
  
  
  

What Required Skills Youll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or related field preferred).
  
  
  

5–10 years of experience in stakeholder coordination within infrastructure or development projects.

• Strong knowledge of local authority processes (e.g., municipalities, utilities, transport authorities).
• Experience in managing NOCs, permits, and authority submissions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  
  
  

Familiarity with project lifecycle (design, approvals, construction).

What Desired Skills Youll Bring

• Experience in Abu Dhabi or UAE authority systems (e.g., TAMM, ADM, ADDC, Etihad Rail, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in tracking tools, dashboards, or stakeholder management systems.
• High level of professionalism and stakeholder engagement capability.
