SRE Engineer  - Appzone And NET-based Applications

We have an urgent requirement for SRE Engineer - Appzone and .NET-based applications required for our banking clients in Abu Dhabi ,UAE

• 5+ years of experience in SRE/Application Support/Production Support roles is MUST
• Strong experience with Appzone applications/platforms is MUST
• Hands-on experience in .NET technologies is MUST
• Strong experience in Terraform, IaC practice is MUST
• Strong experience in Banking is MUST
  
  

• Manage and support Appzone and .NET-based applications in production and non-production environments
• Monitor application performance, availability, and system health using monitoring tools
• Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem resolution
• Ensure high availability and reliability of enterprise applications through proactive monitoring and automation
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams for deployment and release activities
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation processes
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and operational efficiency
• Support troubleshooting related to APIs, middleware, databases, and integrations
• Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks
• Participate in on-call support and critical issue handling when required
• Ensure compliance with security and operational standards
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in SRE/Application Support/Production Support roles
• Strong experience with Appzone applications/platforms
• Hands-on experience in .NET technologies (.NET Framework / .NET Core)
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, or similar
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in troubleshooting production incidents and conducting RCA
• Understanding of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
