Leads revenue growth, profitability, and strategic positioning of Roaming .The role drives product innovation, pricing, and partnerships to deliver unmatched connectivity and exclusive experiences. It accelerates digital acquisition & lifecycle monetization while enhancing NPS. The position strengthens competitive leadership, governance of commercial performance, & develops high-performing cross-functional teams driving annual revenues exceeding AED 1 Bn.

Responsibilities

Revenue & Performance Management

  • Ensure achievement of Consumer Marketing retail roaming revenue targets.
    • Monitor roaming KPIs including usage, revenue, customer adoption, and profitability.
    • Identify growth opportunities and recommend corrective actions to address performance gaps.
Strategy & Product Development

  • Develop and execute the roaming roadmap aligned with overall Consumer Marketing strategy.
    • Lead strategic initiatives and ensure delivery of roadmap and compliance projects within governance frameworks.
    • Design and enhance roaming propositions, bundles, and pricing strategies.
Campaigns & Promotions

  • Provide Strategic direction and guidance to the Segment, CVM, Product Development & Sales functions to ensure data-driven, hyper-personalized campaigns that enhance customer retention and CLTV to sustain growth and maximize profitability

Collaborate with Wholesale, Finance, and Technology divisions to ensure service continuity, cost efficiency, and profitability.

Customer Experience & Quality Assurance

  • Collaborate with technical and customer experience teams to ensure seamless roaming service delivery.
    • Monitor customer feedback, complaints, and service quality, implementing improvements where necessary.
    • Ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction across all roaming touchpoints.
Reporting & Insights

  • Provide regular reporting on roaming performance, trends, and key insights.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer behavior to inform decision-making.
    • Highlight risks, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work closely with technology, finance, regulatory, and customer care teams to ensure alignment.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance requirements.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Management or Telecom
  • 8+years of work experience in Telecom
