The Senior Manager - Operations & Supply Chain is a pivotal role within our organization, tasked with overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. This position requires a strategic leader who can drive performance improvements, foster innovation, and adapt to the dynamic needs of the market. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating operations across procurement, production, logistics, and distribution. The role demands a deep understanding of supply chain principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The Sr Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that align with the company's goals to support sustainable growth and improve operational performance.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Oversee daily supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and innovation.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize sourcing and vendor management.
  • Monitor logistics processes to ensure timely and accurate distribution of products.
  • Manage budgets for supply chain operations to maintain financial targets.
  • Implement best practices and technology solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in operations.
  • Analyze operational performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align supply chain with demand.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and logistic partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all facets of the supply chain.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain and operations management.
  • Proven track record in leading and managing cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans within the supply chain domain.
  • Experience in managing budgets and optimizing costs for large-scale operations.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
