SR GEOTECHNICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

• Provide support for all geotechnical design works for tenders and projects 

• Organise all geotechnical works/ data for operational  BU’s

Responsibilities

• Analyse geotechnical data and preparation of Geotechnical Interpretative Report (GIR)

• Analyse geotechnical findings, perform appropriate calculation and prepare data reports to Manager

• Conduct geotechnical investigation effectively

• Review geotechnical design developed by third party consultants

• Review construction design proposals and verify geotechnical aspects

• Develop design drawing and specifications for construction projects

• Analyse the soil parameters and assess the stability of structures under normal and seismic conditions

• Interact with customer and team members to complete the assigned projects on-time

• Assist with the design of structure, using specialised software or calculation

• Analyse soil parameters and assess the stability of structures under normal and seismic conditions

• Ensure correct design as pre QA/QC procedure and standards

• Promote and ensure compliance with organization’s Health and Safety Policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Preferably Civil, Geotechnical, Structural, Coastal), or equivalent

• Minimum 08 years experience of Engineering & Design in related industries
