The Archer Senior Consultant provides technical leadership, architectural guidance, and consultative expertise across complex ArcherIRM engagements. This role requires strong solution design capability, enterprise-level consulting skills, and the ability to lead multi-phase, multi-workstream GRC implementations.
The Senior Consultant ensures high-quality delivery aligned with Archer standards, methodologies, and client objectives, while also contributing to pre-sales activities, solution strategy, governance, documentation, and quality assurance initiatives.
Technical Leadership & Solution Architecture
Provide technical and consultative leadership across multiple complex ArcherIRM engagements.
Lead the development of solution architectures, implementation strategies, and delivery roadmaps.
Validate business requirements and design conceptual and logical solution architectures aligned with Archer best practices.
Conduct prototyping, proof-of-concept activities, and feasibility assessments where required.
Advise project teams on platform scalability, performance optimization, integration strategy, and technical governance.
Solution Advisory
Serve as a technical subject matter expert during pre-sales engagements, workshops, and executive solution presentations.
Support the development of proposals, scope definitions, ROM estimates, implementation approaches, and delivery models.
Clearly articulate solution options, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and integration considerations to stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to align proposed solutions with client business objectives and delivery feasibility.
Delivery Execution
Lead or participate in installation, configuration, customization, integration, and deployment activities for Archer solutions.
Manage delivery activities across complex multi-workstream projects, ensuring alignment between functional and technical teams.
Produce key project deliverables, including architecture documents, workflow specifications, data models, migration strategies, test plans, and deployment documentation.
Ensure project delivery aligns with approved methodologies, Statements of Work (SOW), timelines, governance standards, and margin expectations.
Project & Team Leadership
Mentor and guide consultants, developers, and analysts across project workstreams.
Assign, review, and validate work products to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to standards.
Lead technical quality assurance activities, including design reviews, configuration reviews, code reviews, and performance assessments.
Ensure appropriate escalation management, change control adherence, and effective stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Testing, Validation & Issue Resolution
Support the development of testing strategies, scripts, acceptance criteria, and validation processes.
Conduct technical QA reviews and certify solution components before deployment.
Act as the primary technical escalation point during UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support phases.
Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements, operational expectations, and performance standards.
Client Engagement & Strategic Advisory
Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business model, regulatory environment, and strategic objectives.
Advise clients on GRC operating models, process maturity, and optimization opportunities within ArcherIRM.
Guide stakeholders through functional and technical decision-making by evaluating options, trade-offs, and implementation impacts.
Maintain high-quality documentation and deliverables that promote clarity, traceability, and client satisfaction.
Operational Excellence
Produce high-quality deliverables, designs, and documentation with minimal supervision.
Analyze complex requirements, datasets, and configuration scenarios to recommend scalable and efficient solutions.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, accelerators, reusable assets, and delivery methodologies.
Promote delivery consistency, governance compliance, and operational efficiency across engagements.
Travel
Travel to client locations may be required based on project needs, including workshops, UAT sessions, deployment activities, executive meetings, and go-live support.
