Sr. Associate Policies & Rewards (Emirati Talent)

Key Accountabilities

Job Summary

The Sr. Associate / Specialist – Policies & Rewards will support the drafting, maintenance, and communication of Human Capital (HC) policies with a major focus on compensation and policies guidelines. The role involves collaborating with entity HC teams and Centers of Excellence to ensure accurate policy documentation, alignment, and consistent implementation. The role also liaises with M&C team to ensure up to date policies are uploaded on companys intranet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Policy Drafting: Reviewing existing policies, drafting new policies, and formatting HC policies and procedures across the employee lifecycle in line with our internal guidelines and aligned with UAE Law.
  • Policy Management: Maintain a centralized library of HC policies, ensuring version control and accessibility (for each entity) in line with our benefit framework and system processes.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with Human Capital teams across group entities and internal Centers of Excellence to clarify policy matters, gather feedback, obtain necessary approvals and support alignment across the Group.
  • Data Support: Consolidate data and inputs from business entities to support policy reviews, benchmarking exercises, and internal reporting.
  • Support Entity Integration & Harmonization: Assist with new entity onboarding and policy harmonization by consolidating data, mapping roles, comparing compensation and benefits policies, preparing presentations for stakeholders, and coordinating implementation across involved teams.
  • Benchmarking best Practices: Conduct basic analysis and research related to compensation & benefits market data and policy practices. Coordinate with peer entities to understand insights and market practices.
  • Project Support: Assist in delivering cross-functional initiatives related to policy & rewards projects.

Experience

0 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Compensation & Benefits, HR Policy, or related functions.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Foundational knowledge of HR principles, especially in policy or rewards areas.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in business English and Arabic.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Power Point and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, project management skills and abilities to manage work independently.

  • Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced HR environment.
