We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to address specific patient needs and goals.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient speech and communication abilities.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care approaches.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Utilize assistive technology and alternative communication methods where appropriate.
  • Provide guidance and support to patients' families to aid in ongoing therapy.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all patient interactions and progress.
  • Stay current with the latest research and development in speech-language pathology.
  • Educate patients and families on techniques to improve speech and language skills.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss and optimize patient care.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions to develop communication skills in different settings.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is required.
  • Valid state license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Proven experience in a clinical setting working with diverse patient populations.
  • Strong understanding of speech therapy principles, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Empathetic and patient-centered approach to handling treatment sessions.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
