Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will work with individuals of all ages to diagnose and treat communication and swallowing disorders.   • Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and client goals.

  • Monitor and document client progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated therapy services.
  • Educate clients and their families about communication disorders and intervention strategies.
  • Provide training for educators and caregivers to support communication efforts.
  • Conduct therapy sessions in various settings, including schools, clinics, and client homes.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client care plans and progress.
  • Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in speech and language therapy.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client evaluations and treatment plans.
  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards set by the healthcare industry.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech and Language Therapy or a related field is mandatory.
  • Valid certification or license to practice as a Speech and Language Therapist.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Strong analytical skills to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Experience working with individuals with a wide range of communication disorders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
