Specialist - Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Specialist - Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across assigned business units. This role is responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent while partnering with stakeholders to support workforce planning, Emiratization objectives, and organizational growth.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through offer issuance for professional, technical, and mid-level roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment partners.
• Conduct candidate screening, structured interviews, and competency-based assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules and selection processes with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies in line with approved manpower plans and recruitment targets.
• Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to support talent acquisition decisions.
• Support Emiratization initiatives and ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and track key hiring metrics, including time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates.

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of recruitment experience, preferably within diversified, industrial, or large-scale organizations.
• Proven experience recruiting for specialized and professional roles across multiple functions.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment systems, sourcing platforms, and talent acquisition technologies.
• Good understanding of recruitment analytics, reporting, and workforce planning principles.
• Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws, recruitment compliance requirements, and Emiratization programs is an advantage.
