Specialist - Smart Card Solutions

We are seeking a talented Specialist - Smart Card Solutions to support the development, integration, and enhancement of smart card and secure identity solutions within e7 Security Printing. This role will contribute to the delivery of innovative smart card technologies, software applications, and secure solutions that support client requirements while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support software applications using C# and VC++ to meet business and client requirements.
• Participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of smart card and secure identity solutions.
• Develop and support APIs, DLLs, and application modules for hardware and system integration.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and clients for smart card-related applications and solutions.
• Support product development activities, troubleshooting, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize VBA, Excel, and MS Access tools to develop automation and reporting solutions where required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with smart card programming standards, security requirements, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Programming or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development with hands-on expertise in C# and/or VC++.
• Experience in application development, system integration, API development, or DLL programming.
• Knowledge of VBA development, particularly in Microsoft Excel and MS Access.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of Smart Card Programming and ISO standards related to chip cards and e-passports is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
