Specialist Pipeline Engineer

We are seeking a PMC Pipeline Specialist with extensive experience in FEED and Detailed Design for an Onshore, Upstream Project based in Abu Dhabi.

The role involves leading pipeline engineering and design activities, ensuring full compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards, and providing technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate pipeline engineering activities during FEED and detailed design stages.
• Review and approve design deliverables, drawings, and calculations.
• Ensure compliance with ASME, API, and international pipeline design standards.
• Interface with process, civil, and mechanical teams to ensure technical integrity.
• Support route selection, material selection, and stress analysis activities.
• Participate in design reviews, HAZOPs, and constructability assessments.
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Pipeline Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas pipeline engineering (onshore).
• Proven experience in FEED and Detailed Design project phases.
• Proficiency in pipeline design software
• Familiarity with ADNOC / Middle East projects preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
