Specialist Fabrication Mechanical

We are urgently looking for Specialist Fabrication Mechanical for one of our PMC projects in UAE.

Qualification Required

• The candidates should have an Engineering Degree.
  
  

• Oversee the fabrication of mechanical systems such as piping, structural steel, pressure vessels, skids, and modules.
• Review fabrication drawings, isometrics, and welding maps to ensure alignment with project specifications.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure readiness of materials and documentation.
• Ensure all fabrication activities comply with international codes (ASME, API, AWS) and client specifications.
• Monitor welding procedures, NDT (non-destructive testing), and inspection protocols.
• Confirm material traceability, MTCs (Material Test Certificates), and dimensional checks.
• Review and approve fabrication dossiers, welding logs, inspection reports, and final documentation packages
• Enforce safety protocols during fabrication activities, especially in high-risk offshore environments.
• Support mechanical completion and handover to commissioning teams
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 15–20 years in oil & gas fabrication, with 5+ years in offshore projects
• Strong knowledge of ASME, API, AWS, ISO, NORSOK
• AutoCAD, Navisworks, SmartPlant, MS Project
• Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage.
