Specialist - ERP Technical

Job Description

The ERP Technical Specialist will collaborate with clients, project managers, functional Specialists, and developers to analyze business requirements, design technical solutions, and implement ERP systems effectively. This role involves configuring, customizing, and integrating ERP software to align with the clients business processes and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project team to gather and understand client requirements, assess technical feasibility, and design solutions within the ERP framework. Install, configure, and customize ERP software based on client needs.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems, data structures, and processes to identify gaps and propose technical solutions. Ensure integration of ERP modules with existing systems and third-party applications.
• Customize ERP applications by developing new functionality, workflows, reports, and interfaces using programming languages, scripting ttools, and development frameworks. Write technical specifications and conduct unit testing.
• Design and execute data migration strategies to transfer data from legacy systems to the ERP platform. Collaborate with functional Specialists to define integration requirements and develop interfaces between ERP and other systems.
• Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for ERP systems. Analyze and resolve technical issues, perform system upgrades, and apply patches and fixes. Ensure system stability, performance, and security.
• Create technical documentation, including system architecture, configurations, customizations, and integrations. Conduct training sessions for end-users and technical staff on ERP system usage, administration, and customization
  
  

• Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Oracle certification in the concerned Oracle modules.
• ITIL Service 8 – 10 years of relevant experience Delivery qualifications preferred.
• Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation experience
• Experience in Oracle eBS Suite / Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud products
• Knowledge and understanding of Enterprise / Business Process Modelling
• Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL.
