Job Description

We are urgently looking for Specialist Engineer - Material & Corrosion for one of our PMC projects.

Qualification Required

  • The candidates should have Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Lead material selection and corrosion control strategies for offshore platforms, subsea systems, and wellhead towers.
  • Develop and review specifications for piping, coatings, cathodic protection, and corrosion monitoring systems.
  • Conduct corrosion risk assessments and failure analysis to support asset integrity.
  • Interface with engineering, procurement, and construction teams during FEED and EPC phases.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., NACE, ISO, API, ASTM) and client requirements.
  • Support audits, inspections, and technical reviews throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 15 to 18+ years of experience in oil & gas, with 5+ years in offshore projects.
  • Proven track record in brownfield and greenfield offshore developments
  • Experience with Offshore Facilities, subsea cables, and piping systems is highly valued
  • PMC experience will be preferred
  • Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage
