About the Job:

  • Supervise and carry out the development and maintenance of digital channels and content input, such as videos, photographs, infographics, online banners, etc. and always keep the Company’s digital and online platforms (intranet, website, social media accounts, screen kiosks, elevator displays, etc.) up to date by posting relevant content.
  • The Specialist, Digital & Website manages and continuously enhances the organization's digital presence across its website and other external and internal digital platforms, like the intranet, employee apps, digital signage players. The role’s main focus is on implementing digital strategies to enable effective communication and stakeholder engagement across customers, the media, employees and the wider public.
  • The incumbent ensures alignment with the organization's communication objectives and leadership principles, brand guidelines, continuously monitors the website’s performance (GEO/SEO), analyzes user engagement metrics across internal and external audiences, and implements improvements to enhance user experience and content distribution.
  • Beyond digital channel management, the Specialist, Digital & Website, also takes over responsibility for content campaigns and projects, supporting the wider team.

Key Accountabilities:

Website & Digital Channels Management

  • Re-build and manage the company's website, ensuring it is current, user-friendly, accessible, and compliant with cybersecurity, data privacy, and the Company's standards and policies.
  • Monitor website performance (GEO/SEO) and user engagement metrics, identifying areas for improvement to optimize the user experience and effectiveness of the website.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the digital infrastructure in employee and leadership communications (incl. Apps/Intranet) and develop strategies to improve engagement.
  • Create, digital content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements in line with corporate messaging, branding, and applicable standards and corporate regulations.
  • Maintain proper documentation, change logs, for all digital content and platform changes.
  • Take on project responsibility for cross-media communication campaigns and provide team support across internal/external communications activities and projects.

Technical Operations & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for website-related issues.
  • Coordinate website updates, enhancements, and releases with inhouse or external web agency, and inhouse IT teams to ensure optimum performance and timely delivery.
  • Support digital campaigns, microsites, and online initiatives to strengthen external communications and audience outreach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital platforms support strategic goals and communication objectives.

Strategy & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide input for the development and implementation of digital strategies to enhance the company's online presence and engagement.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and technological advancements in digital communications, making recommendations that support the Company's goals and interests.
  • Analyze end-user behavior and recommend improvement actions to increase readership, impact, and user-friendliness across digital channels.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Affinity to digital communications, web management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience with corporate websites and content management systems (CMS).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and brand consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external vendors.
  • Analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Project management and time management skills.
  • Knowledge about UAE laws and regulations, as well as local customs and protocol.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEO, CMS platforms) are an advantage.
