Specialist Dermatologist

A Specialist Dermatologist provides advanced medical and cosmetic treatments for a variety of skin, hair, and nail conditions. This role involves diagnosing complex dermatological disorders, prescribing treatments, and performing procedures such as laser therapy and skin surgeries. The specialist plays a vital role in patient care, ensuring individualized attention while staying current with evolving dermatology practices and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat skin, hair, and nail disorders in patients of all ages.

• Perform dermatologic procedures including biopsies, excisions, and cryotherapy.

• Administer cosmetic treatments such as Botox, fillers, and laser therapy.

• Prescribe appropriate medications, creams, or therapies.

• Maintain accurate patient records and medical histories.

• Educate patients on skincare, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.

• Monitor treatment progress and adjust plans accordingly.

• Collaborate with other specialists and general physicians as needed.

• Stay informed on the latest research, treatments, and dermatological equipment.

• Ensure compliance with medical ethics and healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

• Medical degree with specialization in Dermatology.

• Valid license or eligibility in the UAE.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a practicing dermatologist.

• Expertise in clinical and cosmetic dermatology procedures.

• Strong diagnostic and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• High standards of patient care and professionalism.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.

• Commitment to continued medical education and skill development.

• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
