We are seeking a Specialist, Corporate Medical Office to support the execution of high‑priority initiatives led by the Corporate Medical Office. This role is designed for a senior healthcare professional who brings structure, discipline, and independent ownership to complex programs sponsored by the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and senior medical leadership.
Acting as a trusted partner to the CMO Office, the Specialist will translate strategic direction into structured, executable initiatives, ensuring clarity of priorities, disciplined follow‑through, and timely delivery across clinical, operational, and corporate domains.
Responsibilities
Program Coordination & Execution
Coordinate and drive priority programs and initiatives on behalf of the Corporate Medical Office across the M42 network.
Act as the primary Medical Office representative for assigned initiatives, working under the direction of the CMO and senior medical leaders.
Translate leadership direction into clear action plans, milestones, timelines, and success measures.
Independently prioritize tasks and initiatives while balancing competing and evolving priorities.
Reporting, Governance & Escalation
Prepare high-quality briefing materials, dashboards, reports, and presentations to support executive decision-making.
Track progress across multiple workstreams and provide concise, reliable updates to senior stakeholders.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and constraints, recommending mitigation actions and escalation where required.
Medical Office Operations & Continuous Improvement
Support governance activities, including meeting preparation, documentation, action logs, and follow‑up on decisions.
Maintain oversight of key deliverables to ensure quality, timeliness, and alignment with Medical Office priorities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of program tracking, reporting standards, and governance processes.
Stakeholder Engagement & Professional Conduct
Facilitate alignment between clinical leadership, operational teams, corporate functions, and external stakeholders.
Operate with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and credibility in senior leadership environments.
Uphold organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and confidentiality standards at all times.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a clinical field (Medicine, Nursing, or Allied Health).
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience in healthcare program or project coordination within a corporate or system-level environment is preferred.
Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision while aligning closely with executive medical leadership.
Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
High standards of professionalism, judgment, and discretion when engaging with senior leaders.
