Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Design Specialist to join our team. In this role, youll be responsible for designing and developing compelling content across various platforms while maintaining brand consistency and driving engagement. Working closely with the Marketing and Communications team, youll create impactful visual and written content that effectively communicates our message to diverse audiences.

Content Design And Development:

• Design and create engaging content for social media platforms, corporate website, and landing pages
• Develop visually appealing corporate collateral including presentations, brochures, and marketing materials
• Create and maintain consistent design templates for internal communications
• Produce event-specific content including digital and print materials
• Ensure brand consistency across all content deliverables
  
  

• Translate content between English and Arabic, ensuring cultural relevance and maintaining message integrity
• Adapt design elements to suit both English and Arabic audiences
• Ensure proper implementation of bilingual content across all platforms
  
  

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand content requirements and objectives
• Manage content design projects from conception to delivery
• Maintain organized digital asset library
• Support administrative tasks related to content development and delivery
• Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans, and related risk assessments
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  
  

• 1-2 years of experience in content design, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating content design capabilities across different platforms
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Expert knowledge of design software and content creation tools
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
• Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills
• Currently based in the UAE.
  
  

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with digital content creation tools
• Knowledge of content management systems
• Understanding of social media platforms and their specific content requirements
