Specialist Commissioning Process And Utility Offshore - WHTs Subsea Cable

Job Description

• Lead and execute pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for process and utility systems at the fabrication yard.
• Review and approve commissioning procedures, test packs, method statements, and system handover dossiers.
• Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, engineering, HSE, and operations teams to ensure safe and timely system readiness.
• Perform and supervise system flushing, pressure testing, leak testing, cleaning, drying, and functional testing.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and international codes.
• Interface with client, vendor, and third-party inspectors during inspections and system acceptance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to commissioning teams.
• Support offshore hook-up and commissioning (HUC) activities as required.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE and permit-to-work systems.
  
  

• 15+ years of Oil & Gas experience, with strong offshore project background.
• Proven experience in process & utility commissioning for offshore facilities.
• Hands-on exposure to WHTs, subsea cable & piping systems, and brownfield projects.
• Prior experience working in fabrication yards and offshore environments.
• Strong knowledge of commissioning workflows, systemization, and handover processes.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
