THE TEAM

As part of our Culinary team, you will work closely with the Executive Sous Chef and collaborate with Banquets, In-Room Dining, Stewarding, Catering, and other key departments.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where teamwork, precision, and creativity come together to deliver exceptional dining experiences across multiple kitchens and outlets.

YOUR ROLE

As a key member of the Culinary leadership team, you will oversee daily operations across the Banquet Kitchen, In-Room Dining, Main Kitchen, and MyRestaurant.

You will play a vital role in maintaining the highest food quality standards, ensuring smooth kitchen operations, and delivering memorable guest experiences. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will contribute to operational excellence, cost control, and team development, while upholding Rosewood’s standards of service and craftsmanship.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations across Banquets, In-Room Dining, Main Kitchen, and MyRestaurant to ensure smooth execution
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards, following recipes, presentation, and portion guidelines
  • Monitor food cost, inventory levels, and purchasing to maintain budget targets and minimize waste
  • Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards in line with UAE regulations
  • Lead, train, and motivate kitchen associates, fostering a strong and collaborative team culture
  • Support menu development and work with Catering and other departments to create tailored dining experiences
COULD THIS BE YOU?
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar culinary leadership role within a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel or restaurant
  • You hold a recognized culinary certification or formal culinary training
  • You are highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • You have strong leadership skills and enjoy developing and motivating teams
  • You have a solid understanding of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and cost control
