Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sourcing and procurement within the plastics industry.
• Strong understanding of the global plastics market and emerging trends.
• Proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence and achieve favorable terms.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective supplier relationship management.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
