The Sourcing Manager - Plastics is responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives for plastic materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely supply. This role requires a deep understanding of the plastics market, supplier landscape, and procurement best practices. The Sourcing Manager will liaise with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in sourcing and procurement, particularly in plastics.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing supplier contracts.
• Advanced understanding of supply chain management and procurement processes.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and develop strategic business relationships.
• Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite tools.
