Solutions Architect

Job Description

This role is responsible for designing and delivering innovative enterprise solutions, with a strong emphasis on scalability, AI/ML integration, and digital modernization. The Solutions Architect will collaborate across business and technology teams to define architectures, drive innovation, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. The role requires leadership in shaping enterprise roadmaps, governance frameworks, and future‑proof technology platforms.

Accountabilities

• Design enterprise solutions that are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Deliver large-scale IT projects ensuring integration, interoperability, and performance across systems.
• Drive innovation through AI/ML‑based solutions and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical enablers.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross‑functional teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Establish governance frameworks and maintain architectural documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks to optimize reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to align design, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for long‑term evolution.
• Stay abreast of industry trends to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
  
  

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture or complex IT solution design.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale IT projects.
• Experience in innovation projects and driving new technology adoption.
• Hands‑on experience in designing AI/ML solutions.
• Strong Agile methodology experience.
• Airline industry experience is preferable.
• Certifications such as TOGAF, SAFe Architect, Open Certified Architect, UML, or ArchiMate are preferred.
• Ability to drive innovation roadmaps, optimization, and long‑term technology strategies.
