Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated testing procedures as part of the quality assurance process.
• Perform regression testing to ensure no new bugs in existing features after updates.
• Analyze testing results and provide insights for improving software quality and performance.
• Validate software functionality to ensure it meets the desired business requirements.
• Support continuous improvement by advising on testing best practices and methodologies.
• Maintain detailed records of testing procedures and progress reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and adherence to defined quality assurance metrics.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and methodologies in software testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Tester or similar role in software quality assurance.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or TestRail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
