This entry‑level role introduces graduates to embedded security concepts and secure coding practices. The engineer will support the development of security features while learning cryptographic principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing basic security features (e.g., encryption of data at rest, secure communication protocols) under senior engineer guidance.
• Learn to use tools for secure boot, code signing and vulnerability scanning.
• Help perform threat modelling and code reviews to understand common vulnerabilities and how to mitigate them.
• Document security features and maintain logs for compliance.
• Participate in security testing and debugging sessions to gain hands‑on experience.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Coursework in operating systems, networks and introductory cybersecurity.
• Basic programming skills in C/C++ or Rust; familiarity with Linux.
  
  

• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow secure coding practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
