Job Description

We are seeking a creative Social Media Specialist to strengthen the company’s digital presence and employer brand through engaging content and targeted campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Manage company social media accounts and content calendars.
Create engaging content and develop digital marketing campaigns.
Run paid advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads.
Monitor engagement, analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with HR on recruitment campaigns and employer-branding content.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications.
Minimum 3 years of relevant social media experience.
Practical knowledge of Meta Ads and LinkedIn.
Strong content creation, campaign management and performance analysis skills.
Construction industry experience preferred.
