We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. This role focuses on developing engaging content, executing social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate combines digital marketing expertise, strong storytelling skills, and analytical capabilities to maximize social media impact.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Management:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and others.
Plan and schedule content, ensuring alignment with brand voice, marketing objectives, and campaigns.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a consistent brand presence.
Content Creation & Collaboration:
Create and curate engaging multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and copy.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to develop campaign content.
Ensure content is optimized for each platform and aligned with marketing campaigns.
Campaign Execution & Optimization:
Execute social media campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, leads, and sales.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitors to enhance content strategy and campaign performance.
Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign data to optimize social media performance.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve strategy and performance.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools.
Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, native platform insights).
Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and creative skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
