As a Social Media Buyer specializing in Lead Generation, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and brand awareness through strategic social media advertising. You'll be responsible for planning, creating, and managing paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms to generate quality leads for our business. With a deep understanding of market trends and audience behaviors, you'll utilize your expertise to optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness and efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective social media advertising strategies to generate quality leads.
  • Manage and optimize paid media budgets to maximize return on investment for campaigns.

  • Create and test compelling ad copy and creatives to enhance audience engagement.

  • Work with third-party vendors and platforms to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Monitor ad spend and adjust bids to ensure cost-effectiveness and achievement of lead targets.
  • Ensure brand messaging remains consistent across all social media advertising channels.
  • Train junior team members on social media advertising strategies and platforms as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field required.
  • Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns focused on lead generation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using social media advertising platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience with ad tracking tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
