Social Content Creator Manager

Job Description

Lead social content creation and execution across all priority platforms. This role is responsible for translating approved social strategy, brand direction, and campaign requirements into high quality, platform native content, while managing and developing the in house social content creators and ensuring consistent creative output at speed.

Accountabilities

Social Content Creation & Execution-

Lead day to day social content creation across always on and campaign content

Translate approved strategy, brand direction, and campaign requirements into executable content

Oversee filming, editing, and delivery of social first assets

Ensure content is platform appropriate, timely, and execution ready

Maintain consistency of creative quality across all outputs

Content Team Management-

Manage, coach, and develop the Social Content Creators

Allocate content tasks and priorities across the creator team

Provide clear creative direction and feedback to improve output quality

Ensure efficient content workflows and delivery timelines

Creative Production & Quality-

Set and maintain in house content production standards

Ensure content aligns with approved brand and campaign direction

Review content for quality and execution readiness before handover for publishing

Coordinate with Creative Production teams and third party creators where required

Collaboration & Handover-

Partner closely with the Social Brand & Campaigns Manager on campaign asset delivery

Partner with the Social Partnerships & Asia Market Manager on partnership and regional content needs

Work with Strategy and Planning to understand priorities and timelines

Ensure smooth handover of approved content for publishing and live execution

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in social content creation or digital content roles
• Proven experience creating social first, platform native content
• Experience managing or mentoring content creators
• Strong understanding of social formats, trends, and production workflows
