Bearing degradation
Seal wear
Cavitation
Rotor imbalance
Misalignment
Lubrication issues
Impeller fouling
Mechanical looseness
Recommend proactive maintenance and operational interventions prior to equipment failure or forced outages.
Collaborate with customer maintenance, reliability, operations, and engineering teams to plan and execute preventive and corrective activities.
Review, validate, and operationalize AI/analytics-driven recommendations generated through deployed AVEVA solutions.
Support root cause analysis (RCA), bad actor investigations, and rotating equipment reliability improvement initiatives.
Ensure predictive models remain aligned with actual operating conditions, maintenance practices, and asset behaviour throughout the sustainment lifecycle.
Act as the primary technical focal point during sustainment and managed service phases for assigned rotating equipment asset portfolios.
Support continuous improvement, model refinement, and enhancement of predictive monitoring effectiveness.
Track and report reliability and value realization KPIs including:
Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF)
Unplanned downtime reduction
Deferred failures
Maintenance cost optimization
Equipment availability improvements
Participate in governance meetings, technical reviews, workshops, and value realization sessions with customer stakeholders, asset owners, and project management teams.
