The Sales Educator is responsible for driving sales growth through technical expertise and demo-led
selling across assigned brands and territory. This role combines sales accountability with advanced technical capability, using professional demos to
close new doors, accelerate brand entry, and expand portfolios within existing accounts.
Sales Educator operate with a commercial mindset, owning sales and collection targets while leveraging
their technical advantage to sell faster, more convincingly, and with reduced reliance on discounting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Planning & Target Execution
Develop and execute yearly, quarterly, monthly, and daily action plans to achieve assigned targets.
Break down overall and brand-specific targets into clear, account-level plans.
Ensure monthly achievement of targets for each assigned brand, not only total territory sales.
Monitor performance regularly and proactively close gaps to target.
Demo-Led Selling & Deal Closure
Plan, schedule, and execute professional brand demos as a primary selling tool.
