Hiring: Skilled Helper (Offshore Logistics)

Location: Offshore Islands (UZ/SARB Operations), UAE

Industry: Oil & Gas – Offshore Operations

We are seeking experienced Skilled Helpers to join our Offshore Logistics team. The successful candidate will support offshore lifting and rigging operations while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in offshore lifting and rigging operations under the supervision of qualified Slingers/Riggers.
• Follow international crane hand signals for lifting and moving heavy loads.
• Operate and assist with chain blocks and lifting equipment safely.
• Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and company standards.
• Participate in emergency response activities as required.
• Support site HSE initiatives, including HSE Observation Cards (HSEOC).
  
  
  

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Higher Secondary School Certificate (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar oil and gas field services.
• At least 6 months of offshore lifting operations experience within the last 2 years.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Thorough knowledge of international lifting and crane hand signals.
• Experience using chain blocks.
• Ability to work under the supervision of competent Slingers/Riggers.
  
  
  

• Valid Rigging Training Course certificate.
• Valid third-party competency certification for rigging/lifting operations.
  
  
  

• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Team player with offshore experience.
• Physically fit and capable of working in offshore environments.
