Site Engineer – QA/QC 02F25

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer specializing in Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our construction projects meet all quality standards and regulations. You will play a critical role in overseeing the implementation of quality assurance practices, monitoring ongoing projects, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. As a Site Engineer in QA/QC, you will collaborate closely with project managers, construction teams, and external stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of construction quality. Your keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills will be essential in identifying potential quality issues and providing immediate solutions to maintain project integrity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC plans and procedures for construction projects.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to resolve quality issues.
• Review and approve construction materials and workmanship to ensure quality compliance.
• Support the implementation of project-specific quality programs and strategies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality assurance activities.
• Prepare detailed quality assurance reports and documentation for management review.
• Train and mentor junior staff on QA/QC processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with the safety team to ensure quality and safety compliance on site.
• Analyze data and test results to identify areas for improvement in quality standards.
• Participate in project meetings to provide QA/QC updates and insights.
• Monitor project timelines to ensure meeting of quality milestones and specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a QA/QC role in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with quality assurance standards and construction safety regulations.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills for problem-solving.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
• Proficiency in using QA/QC software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
