The role of a Services Specialist in General Operations Support is crucial for the seamless operation and success of the organization. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar operational support role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with office productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to address and resolve operational challenges.
