Responsibilities

  • Monitor key performance indicators and generate reports for senior management review.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations across all operational activities.

  • Work closely with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure service quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in operations or support roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and operations management software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively under pressure.
  • Demonstrable understanding of operational metrics and performance measurement.
