Job Description

Overall Objective of the Job To provide efficient transportation and logistical support services that facilitate the smooth operation of the College by ensuring safe on-campus transportation, supporting academic and administrative activities, assisting with operational tasks, and contributing to the effective delivery of college services and events. Key Duties and Responsibilities 1. Provide safe and timely transportation services for faculty members, staff, and students within the University campus using the College's Club Car. 2. Provide transportation services for official guests, visitors, and delegations within the University campus during official visits, meetings, ceremonies, and other College events. 3. Coordinate with the relevant University departments to arrange the maintenance, servicing, and repair of the College's Club Car whenever required, and report any operational issues promptly. 4. Provide logistical support for college events and activities by transporting, loading, unloading, and delivering equipment, materials, furniture, and other items required for the successful implementation of activities. 5. Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor that are consistent with the nature of the position.
