Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Engineer to join our dynamic team, specializing in technical and engineering support for our various clients. As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of our equipment. You will also be the first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise, ensuring uninterrupted service and client satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients.


Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site installation, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and systems.
  • Manage and coordinate field service activities to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to guarantee operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team for resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry standards during all service activities.
  • Maintain detailed records of service reports, processes, and incidents.
  • Develop training and technical documentation for end-users and clients.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their technical requirements and concerns.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
  • Participate in the development of service strategies and improvement plans.
  • Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a service engineering role.
  • Strong understanding of technical and engineering principles is essential.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve engineering and technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-oriented approach required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client demands effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for on-site support.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software applications necessary.
