Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate IT team.
- Create and maintain support tickets.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- contract duration is from 6 months to 12 months
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common desktop applications.
- Experience with remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer and Remote Desktop.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tickets.
- Associate degree in computer science or a related field.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ and ITIL are preferred.
