Responsibilities

• Analyze retail trends to forecast necessary merchandising adjustments for target markets.
• Train and mentor junior visual merchandisers on best practices and innovative techniques.
• Manage inventory and ensure timely procurement of visual merchandising supplies.
• Communicate with store managers to ensure adherence to merchandising standards and guidelines.
• Oversee the execution of floor sets and visual standards on a daily basis.
• Measure the effectiveness of visual displays and modify them to improve profitability.
• Utilize feedback from sales teams and customers to refine merchandising approaches continually.
• Coordinate with the digital team to integrate in-store displays with online campaigns.
• Prepare and manage budgets for merchandising projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Arts, Design, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in visual merchandising or related roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing large retail projects from concept to execution.
• Strong knowledge of current trends in retail and visual merchandising industry.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide team members.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in design-related software such as Adobe Creative Suite and CAD tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to various store locations to oversee and implement strategies.
