We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Visual Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for translating brand identities and objectives into compelling visual displays that captivate our shoppers and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional design skills, and a strong understanding of retail environments. You should be adept at leading a team, as well as collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure that visual merchandising strategies are aligned with overall business goals.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement high-impact visual merchandising strategies to stimulate customer interest and sales.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to align visual presentation with brand goals.
• Train, mentor, and guide junior members of the visual merchandising team, fostering professional growth.
• Lead the development and execution of seasonal visual merchandising plans and guidelines.
• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of in-store displays and window presentations.
• Analyze customer feedback and sales reports to refine merchandising strategies continually.
• Work with store management to ensure merchandising strategies are effectively implemented and sustained.
• Produce and manage budgets for merchandise displays and visual projects within assigned stores.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual standards are consistently met and maintained.
• Drive innovation by staying ahead of industry trends and incorporating them into merchandising strategies.
• Support the coordination of special promotions and store events with distinctive visual presentations.
• Maintain visual presentation guidelines and develop new processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
• Exceptional creativity and a deep understanding of visual merchandising principles.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
