VIDEO / LED DEPARTMENT

Reports to	Video / LED HOD
Department	Video / LED
Direct reports	None (crew chief on assigned jobs)
Location	Al Khatim, Abu Dhabi (heavily on-site)

Role summary

Senior on-show operator and second-in-command in the department. Runs switchers, manages signal flow, calibrates LED walls, and operates media servers.

Key responsibilities

• Operate switchers and media servers on shows.

• Lead LED wall build and calibration on site.

• Manage signal flow from cameras / sources through to LED / projection output.

• Pre-program where possible in warehouse.

• Lead the video crew on site.

• Mentor LED technicians on processing and calibration.

Qualifications & experience

• 5+ years professional video engineering.

• Expert on at least one switcher platform.

• Strong LED processing knowledge (Brompton, Novastar).

• Disguise / Notch experience an advantage.

KPIs

• Show delivery quality

• LED wall calibration consistency

• Signal-related incidents during shows (target: zero)
