Senior UI UX Designer

Role       :  Senior UI/UX Designer
Location : Abu Dhabi

Role Purpose:

• The senior UI/UX Designer’s role involves conducting extensive research, analyzing user feedback, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive and user-centered designs
      
  Key Accountabilities of the role 

• 
  
  Be highly analytical as well as highly creative, and consistently demonstrate superb design, writing and presentation skills. 
• 
  
  Justify design decisions based on a thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies. 
• 
  
  Thrive in a work environment that requires strong independent problem-solving skills, self-direction, and innovative thinking coupled with an aptitude and affinity for team collaboration and open communication.
• 
  
  Clearly articulate design needs and key decisions to business stakeholders across markets and brands collaborating closely with Product Leads and Product Managers 
• 
  
  Design elegant and delightful product experiences as part of a cross-functional Agile product teams
• 
  
  Research, identify and articulate customer needs

• Experience with designing quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology
• Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player with a professional presence
• Graphical and Visual Design skills using a diverse set of software such as Adobe suite, Figma, Sketch or other tools for product design.
• Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping 
• Knowledge of Agile software development process
