Position: Senior Travel Coordinator
Work location: Abu Dhabi
Salary 8000-9500 AED per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Travel Coordinator with IATA certification to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of travel arrangements for our employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience.

Qualifications:

- Immediate joining is priority. available in UAE only
- Bachelors degree in Travel and Tourism or related field.
- IATA certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in travel coordination, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of airline fare construction, ticketing rules, and GDS systems
- Proven experience handling B2B corporate client
- Excellent knowledge of travel booking systems and tools.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and organize all travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas.
- Negotiate and secure the best deals for travel services, ensuring cost-effectiveness for the company.
- Coordinate with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to ensure smooth and timely travel arrangements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel suppliers to ensure the best rates and services for the company.
- Keep track of employee travel schedules and provide timely updates and assistance as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of travel expenses and reimbursements.
- Provide guidance and support to junior travel coordinators in the team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes in travel regulations and policies.
