Key Accountabilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for senior-level and niche technical positions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and talent needs.
Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract highly skilled talent, including UAE Nationals and international candidates.
Conduct proactive headhunting through advanced search tools, professional networks, and global talent platforms.
Build and maintain a comprehensive pipeline of candidates for current and future technical roles.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to define role requirements and support informed hiring decisions.
Evaluate candidates through structured screening, competency-based interviews, and technical assessments.
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership regarding market trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks across the UAE and international regions.
Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and documentation in compliance with internal policies and governance standards.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization’s presence within specialized technology fields.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment function by applying best practices and innovative approaches.
Education and Certification Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.
6–10+ years of progressive experience in technical recruitment, with demonstrated expertise in sourcing talent within Technology, Robotics, AI, and Cryptography domains.
Proven experience recruiting both UAE National talent and international candidates across multiple regions.
Strong background in headhunting passive candidates for highly specialized and senior technical positions.
In-depth understanding of the UAE labor market, technology sector trends, and regional hiring practices.
Proficiency in utilizing global talent platforms, technical communities, and advanced sourcing methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, multicultural, and innovation-focused environment.
