Key Accountabilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for senior-level and niche technical positions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and talent needs.
  • Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract highly skilled talent, including UAE Nationals and international candidates.
  • Conduct proactive headhunting through advanced search tools, professional networks, and global talent platforms.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive pipeline of candidates for current and future technical roles.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to define role requirements and support informed hiring decisions.
  • Evaluate candidates through structured screening, competency-based interviews, and technical assessments.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership regarding market trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks across the UAE and international regions.
  • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and documentation in compliance with internal policies and governance standards.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization’s presence within specialized technology fields.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment function by applying best practices and innovative approaches.


Education and Certification Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.
  • 6–10+ years of progressive experience in technical recruitment, with demonstrated expertise in sourcing talent within Technology, Robotics, AI, and Cryptography domains.
  • Proven experience recruiting both UAE National talent and international candidates across multiple regions.
  • Strong background in headhunting passive candidates for highly specialized and senior technical positions.
  • In-depth understanding of the UAE labor market, technology sector trends, and regional hiring practices.
  • Proficiency in utilizing global talent platforms, technical communities, and advanced sourcing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, multicultural, and innovation-focused environment.
